Biography
Judge David W. Lindemood serves as the Presiding Judge of the 318th Family District Court since January 1, 2015.

He was born in Midland, Texas on September 15,1952. He received his preparatory education at Oklahoma State University (B.S. 1973), his legal education at the University of Tulsa College of Law (J.D. 1979) and his masters at Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University (Trust Major 1983). He was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 1979 and the Texas bar in 1980. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Family Law Section and Judicial Section of the State Bar. He is a member of the Midland County Bar Association and a fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation.
